Actavis Launches Generic Version of Flomax In The U.S.

Actavis Inc., today began shipping Tamsulosin capsules to its customers in the United States. The generic equivalent to Flomax®, Tamsulosin is used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
