Sanofi-Aventis Sues Sun Pharmaceutical

June 12 -- Sanofi-Aventis SA, France's largest drugmaker, sued Indian rival Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., alleging infringement of a U.S. patent for Uroxatral, used to treat an enlarged prostate gland.
